At Voltas, I worked closely with CXO's in areas of New Business Development, Corporate Strategy and Planning and was involved in Performance Management, Review & E-procurement. I was part of the MegaVol team with Boston Consulting Group and worked on growth plans for the company. I played a lead role in executing Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestment.
