I have a Bachelor's degree in B.Com (Hons.) from Ram Lal Anand College, Delhi University. My work journey , Over the span of more than 4 years, I've held various roles in reputable organizations like IndiaMART Intermesh, SBICards, PaisaBazaar, as well as in enterprise firms like Amit Enterprises and Karni Cargo. Currently, I've been working as an Assistant Manager at IndiaMART Intermesh for the past 2 years. Prior to this role and company , I worked as an Associate Consultant in the quality team at SBICard and PaisaBazaar.In that previous role, my tasks and responsibilities were similar: I needed to ensure that the client's profile met the requirements, such as correct documentation including name and address. I also had to determine whether the client was willing to proceed. Additionally, I sometimes worked on retaining clients who were initially denied a product during the final approval, or I engaged in upselling products based on their profile.
