As a maintenance team planning, scheduling executing preventive maintenance of HT & substation as per ISO. Procedure and as per schedule and upkeep maintenance record . Technical and engineering support. Co-ordination between customer and vendors for improving the efficiency. Maintenance of 33kV Line, 132 kV line, & 220KvLine. Maintenance of 33 Kv, 66Kv, 132kv and 220 KV Substations. Maintenance of VCB, ACB, SF6 CB, CT, PT, CTR. Maintenance of 5 MVA, 37.5MVA, 50MVA, 100MVA, Transformer. Attempt Breakdown and Primitive Maintenance at site. Maintenance of 33KV, 11KV HT/LT Yard. Transformer Testing, CT, PT, VCB, SF6 Breaker Testing work. Trouble Shooting of 220KV line, 33KV line, Substation, VCB, Transformer, CT, PT, Relay Panel, Control Panel, Battery Charger, PLCC Panel, RTU Panel, RTCC Panel & CTR Fire Protection System. Providing Safety Training to employees.PRODUCTION AREA EXPERIENCE• Responsible for the production planning and complete assembly. ▪ Support and leed continues improvement , problems solving and process improvement activities. ▪ Conduct dailly deep analysis for 20 minutes, improve 5 s on the shop floor and follow to monozukuri. ▪ Training sessions with manpower in morning meetings & shifts end meetings. ▪ Implementation of POKA YOKE & KAIZEN for continuous improvement.▪ To optimize the productivity by various methods :- by continuous improvement, optimum utilization of theresources 4M (Man,Machine, Method,Material) Check the availability of child parts according to the production plan. ▪ Make the CAPA(defect Analysis sheet) against the customer complaint. ▪ Implementing a quality system / procedure in the organization to reduce the rejection. ▪ Planning for timely dispatch of the finished goods. ▪ Daily awareness of safety at the workplace and safety regulations are followed. ▪ Daily production report preparation & down time analysis and Analysis of cycle time study. ▪ Preparing and implementing actions plans effectively to maximum OEE of production related machines. ▪ Skill matrix updating of the line operators according to their skill and future plan for them for skill levels
