Ever since I was a young kid, I've always been an extremely curious individual with a sense of wonder about how things function. I remember starting out by disassembling RC toys and old computer towers only to put them back together hoping they still function properly. This expanded my interest to discover more complex mechanisms in areas such as robotics, aerospace, & biomechanics. It got me involved in the robotics club in high school where I got the opportunity to design and build a robot to compete in a series of tasks. This led me to research topics ranging from the generic I.C. engine to the orbital mechanics of the ISS on my own. I was insatiable to learn more about engineering.This passion carried me through my years at Drexel University. Here there were more resources and opportunities available to me than I ever could have imagined as a kid. I studied new theories, higher mathematics, dynamics & thermodynamics, mechanics of materials, all with the same fascination that drove me as a kid. It was here that I learned truly how much there was yet to learn.I also got the unique opportunity to experience real-world engineering scenarios through the co-op program. Having worked on a variety of tasks from computer-aided design, biomechanical research, quality assurance, mechanical testing, and business process management, I’ve come to recognize worth and desirability in both engineering and business. As I look to get into the world of engineering, that passion and wonder remain with me. There is certainly more to learn, more problems to solve, and more to innovate. I look forward to the next opportunity.
