Agile solutions are a Data Management Consultancy who provide Cloud solutions to multiple clients across the UK, I was recruited to support Agile Solutions as a system administrator with the objectives of optimizing their 365 tenant and support them in achieving ISO27001:2013 and readiness for the 2022 standard. During my time I operated a single of contact for all IT related queries and effectively managed the helpdesk outside of my project related activity.

Brought on as part of the project to deploy ICCA software client which centralizes and organizes patient data, including admission documents, vital signs, labs, and consultation notes at 3 Hospitals in Bucks Trust Intensive Care Units, this included deployment of Medical PCs with Imprivata SSO via smartcards and networking by patient bedsides. Involved in making sure BAU was as smooth as possible for doctors and nurses and the process for logging issues were thought out.I was later kept on board working as an IT EUC Engineer responding to queries on the ICCA Project and general day to day IT related issues that were escalated to me.

Started off Supporting internal propriety software used by clients such as Discovery Channel, US Senate, RTE Ireland, NFSA, Outernet, Astro and many others for Broadcasting Live TV, archiving physical media to tape or digital, talking to clients directly via Phone, email or Zoom/Teams meetings attending site for upgrades.Lead into Project work including troubleshooting bugs and communicating with developers to get issues resolved and General IT support internally. I have been involved with several projects involving upgrading client’s software for Broadcasting clients such as Discovery Europe and EDM UK, Managing setup and fixes for managed service systems for ERA.Lastly in this role I had taken over the management of the Internal Company IT Infrastructure. Office 365, Oracle Cloud, CrowdStrike, Rapid7 deployment, handling vulnerabilities such as log4j as well as other IT queries.

Working as an Optical Assistant then later moved to a Dispenser role where it was required to listen to patients and give suitable advice whilst taking on board NHS procedures, Carrying out pre-screening examinations as well as taking measurements for fit.

Maintaining Standards of the running Cinema, including Stock Control, Cash Handling and Monitoring Compliance as well as on shift rota and training.

Collaborating closely with the Helpdesk Team to respond to jobs in the helpdesk via phone and email to resolve customer/client queries and issues in a timely and accurate manner ensuring they are completed to the user’s satisfaction. As shown above in my Key Skills I have picked up and learned these duties and had to execute this knowledge on call daily.
