In this role, I adeptly handled the simultaneous management of up to 5 diverse projects, each varying in scale and complexity. My role required the orchestration of operational workflows for a dynamic team of 17 members and 150 volunteers across 4 countries, ensuring the seamless progression and successful outcomes of projects. I managed budgets, closely monitoring expenditures to ensure financial alignment and develop strategic plans.A pivotal aspect of my responsibilities involved fostering strong partnerships and garnering support. This was achieved by forging strategic relationships with UNICEF, UNFPA, Grand Challenge Canada, Outright, Ministries, the Office of the First Lady of Ukraine, and local/international media, thus amplifying organizational visibility and impact.

Led the launching of the Youth Wellbeing Index (YWBI), an online platform spanning across Ukraine. Leveraging local government and business support, the platform achieved widespread coverage, extending its reach to nearly every city in the country. My central role encompassed developing and managing the platform's launch in alignment with UN standards and optimal IT solutions. This encompassed a comprehensive project management cycle, operation skills, underpinned by a keen grasp of marketing and communication dynamics, and building strong partnerships at all levels.

I was a member of a small team that played a crucial role in organizing the Reykjavik Global Forum for Women Leaders, which hosted 500 top-level government participants, including Presidents, Prime Ministers, and Parliamentarians from around the world, as well as leaders from business and academia. My primary responsibilities included providing support for the forum's app, assisting the program team with project and event management tasks, such as research, drafting press releases, managing official invitations, and preparing briefings. I also utilized Salesforce for various tasks. Additionally, I contributed to the overall organization and execution of the event, helped manage online content and website updates, and was involved in meeting delegations
