ADI (formerly ALEH) is providing advanced medical, educational and rehabilitative care to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex medical conditions receive at ADI's residential facilities in ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran and Jerusalem. In addition, ADI provides thousands of outpatient treatments annually.At ADI, everyone looks beyond the disability to the child within. By nurturing development and enriching quality of life, we enable each child to reach their greatest potential.At my current position, I am responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with donors, activists and organizations, as well as recruiting volunteers from the DACH region for our branches in Jerusalem and Negev. Planning events, developing and translating marketing materials, campaigns and similar fundraising activities is a major part of my day-to-day job. In addition, I maintain our social media presence and support our PR team in any way I can.

With our products we hope to ensure both a safe and hygienic patient treatment and to our clients, saving time and money for the sterilization.My job includes introducing the concept of disposable products and their benefits to doctors' offices, clinics and hospitals throughout Germany. In addition to that, I assist our existing customers in the ordering process via phone, fax or email, receive requests and solve possible problems within the order or delivery process. Furthermore I offer improvement suggestions to our management regarding customer satisfaction and products based on the feedback from our customers.
