• Manage Finn Partners Israel’s Non-Profit/Jewish World practice – cause organizations, educational institutions, and Jewish commercial entities based in Israel and North America• Supervise the Non-Profit/Jewish World team, guiding all public relations, media relations and social media activities • Secure all new business for the Non-Profit/Jewish World practice – from research to cold calling to pitching and developing the contract terms • Oversee all communications with Finn Partners Israel’s Non-Profit/Jewish World clients, discussing strategy, addressing questions and concerns, reporting results, and managing expectations • Develop and/or edit all written materials drafted on behalf of Finn Partners Israel’s Non-Profit/Jewish World clients, including website content, news and feature articles, collateral materials, “ghost written” opinion pieces, scripts for promotional videos, etc. • Create fundraising campaigns for select Non-Profit/Jewish World clients – from concept to implementation • Achieve consistently excellent media results for Non-Profit/Jewish World clients (online, print, TV and radio), including coverage in the domestic Israeli media, North American Jewish outlets, mainstream international media and relevant blogs• Interface with graphic and website designers to develop client websites and collateral materials, including brochures, fliers and press kits• Collaborate with videographers and video production teams to develop promotional videos for Non-Profit/Jewish World clients• Create and maintain WordPress websites for Non-Profit/Jewish World clients• Develop social media strategies for Non-Profit/Jewish World clients, often providing intensive daily maintenance of their Facebook pages• Cultivate Finn Partners Israel’s own social media platforms • Coordinate all client events produced by Finn Partners Israel, including pre-event logistics and onsite support during the events

• Built the Elite Academy Program from the ground up, turning an extraordinary idea into and incredibly successful educational program for North American high school students in Israel• Created and placed advertisements for the Elite Academy Program in local and national Jewish publications• Achieved media coverage for the Elite Academy Program in local, national and international Jewish publications at the beginning of every school year/the end of every recruitment cycle• Produced and continually updated an informational packet about the program • Designed, ordered and kept an inventory of all promotional materials • Traveled to Jewish communities across North America to recruit incoming high school sophomores for the program and lay the groundwork for future recruitment cooperation from local community leaders and educational professionals• Maintained constant contact with the Na’ale/Ministry of Education administration in Jerusalem, the affiliate schools and the program participants in order to help solve and mediate any problems as well as ensure each child’s safety and educational development• Coordinated every detail of screenings for applicant families by Na’ale representatives in North America as well as the program’s annual send-off ceremony
