I worked with a post-doc to investigate the drying of binary colloidal dispersions. We used the confined drop method and fluorescence microscopy to analyze the movement of the colloidal particles and attempt to observe the phenomenon of diffusiophoresis. At the end of the internship, I presented my research to my colleagues and mentors.I was able to complete this internship through the Iaccoca International Internship Program (IIIP). This selective program provides students with an in-depth professional experience, as well as a cultural immersion. IIIP aims to enhance students’ career readiness and intercultural competency.
