I design fitness programs for working professionals, athletic youth, and special populations for members and their guests of Tampa Palms Country Club Athletic Cemter. I train individuals and small groups on how to properly train with weights, use the cardio machines and techniques in gaining flexibilty for a strong and healthy body.

From 1984 to 1989, I worked as a High School Spanish Teacher in Hillsborough County at KIng, Leto, and Bloomingdale High Schools. When my son was born in 1989, I became a stay at home mom at which time my husband and I started our Amway Business and reached the Ruby Direct level in 1992.
