I deliver IT Training; Consult and Support all levels of staff (which included Partners, Solicitors and Secretaries) in Birmingham, Cardiff and Nottingham.I provide training solutions to the company through Training Needs Analysis. I have travelled to Paris, South Africa and Hong Kong as part of projects to deliver IT Training. I also deliver IT training via WebEx (using my ‘COLF’ skills) to other international offices in Asia and the Middle East. I have been involved in UK based project rollouts too, such as e-Filing, Office 2007, Bighand and Hummingbird DM5. I personally support all Practice groups in my region, by hotdesking, floor walking and on the job training. My creative side allows me to utilise Adobe Captivate to create learning materials. I also use Snagit to create blog posts and quick reference guides for support material.
