Having a unique wealth of experience (especially in hospitality architecture) in varied aspects of construction process such as designing, detailing, construction documentation, in house and onsite services coordination. In depth knowledge and technical understanding leads to successful completion of the projects undertaken. Broad experience of Architecture, Structure, MEP and Interior makes me confident to strike a balance between project design process and construction methodologies.In addition to the Design Development , in house and on site coordination, I also contributes to Project Planning and construction documentation to reach the project milestones. My knowledge gives me the confidence to tackle any project with the understanding that the design process is a delicate balance between creativity, technical competence and effective administration. My core competency lies in architectural review/analysis/validation and integration for project co-ordination and construction documentation at both the Architectural and Interior design phases of the project.
