CurrentWorking on our client / Preferred Vendor requirements.Responsible for the full hiring cycle Sourcing the right resources, pre-screening, coordinating technical managerial interviews, negotiating billing rates, formatting the resume, and finally performing new hire orientation. Demonstrating success in IT Consulting, Bench Sales, and Full Recruitment Life cycle.Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry/business & adapts sales/recruitment skills to align with business needs.Providing and evaluating IT Professionals for any desired discipline to clients nationwide in varied industries, specializing in all areas and levels of IT.Lay a lot of emphasis on the quality, experience & attitude of a candidate before presenting it to the client.Co-ordinate the entire recruitment procedure right from sending the candidate's profile until the consultant joins the end client.Monitoring a team of Sr. Recruiters, getting things done from them by providing then with the required assistance.Took the major responsibility of guiding and training the Junior Recruiters.Helping the recruiters in getting the potential consultants for the requirements. Collecting submittals from the recruiters and submitting the same to the account managers after verifications and approvals.Had a group meets at the weekend and used to encourage team members to improve on various skills (Co-Circular Activities).
