1. Project Management - Study of Project feasibility for Expansion Projects.- Budgetary estimates for Expansion Projects.- Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring of the Projects.- Coordination with working Agencies for expediting and sorting out major obstacles / critical issues pertaining to the Project and highlighting the same to the management.2. Engineering, Erection & Commissioning of Mechanical System (Boiler & Auxiliaries, Ash Handling System)- Floating of Specification / Enquiry for Mechanical system.- Evaluation of Techno-Commercial offers for order finalization.- Finalization of Engineering Drawing and various other Data’s provided by system vendors.- Coordination with Vendor/Manufacturers for material management.- Erection & Commissioning of Mechanical system.- Pre-Order Engineering and Preparation of specifications as per requirement for floating Enquiry.- Post Order engineering as per in-puts given by the Venders.- Co-ordination for compliances of CIB requirements for smooth execution of works.- CO-ordination with inter/intra Department for expediting the project.- Co-ordination for obtaining permission from Director of Boilers Govt. of U.P., Kanpur.- Contract Closure and Conflict Management.
