 Design & execution of electrical and electro mechanical and MEP Services for assigned project. Review design report for HVAC part of the project. This includes providing inputs for preparing MEP drawing, calculating heat load for the given project and verifying the designs / drawings prepared by engineers and draftsman.  Develop operations plan and direct overall activities to assist in achieving total construction objectives.  Responsible for budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and supply chain management. Planning/allocating the required resources to complete the project.  Reviewing the performance of the man / machines employed in the Projects.  Preparing tender documents for the all MEP aspects of the project.  Responsible for vendor drawing approval.  Ensuring Quality of construction process.  Identifying the sources of cost reduction/planning/profit maximization.  Reviewing Project Progress against target. Participating in design & development reviews.  Approving the bills of suppliers/contractors. Liaisoning for technical sanctions of services works (from concerned Govt. Authorities) pertaining to projects
