With over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with expertise in tool and die manufacturing, design, reverse engineering, and metrology. My journey began in the Tool Room and R&D team, where I gained a deep understanding of tool and die manufacturing processes and inspection methods such as fixed bed CMM and blue matching. This experience allowed me to contribute to the mass production of components like Carburettors & its Spares, Throttle Body, Auto & Non-Auto Components in the PDC department.Driven by my growing interest in design, I transitioned to the field of reverse engineering. As part of the reverse engineering team, I had the opportunity to engage with clients, understand their design requirements, and provide project estimations. I was involved in all stages of the design process, from planning to 3D scanning, designing, and modification. To further expand my knowledge and gain practical insights, I shifted my focus to metrology. In this role, I specialized in inspecting final manufactured parts to ensure their quality and functionality. I have had the privilege of working with clients in various manufacturing industries such as Automotive, Aerospace and Heavy Engineering. My contributions included providing training and support to clients in setting up inspection processes and assisting with design-related activities.I have developed a comprehensive skill set that includes expertise in incorporating PMI (Product Manufacturing Information) into designs for Inspection. With my diverse background and expertise in toolroom, R&D, design, and metrology, I bring a valuable skill set to my organization. My ability to understand the entire manufacturing process, from concept to inspection, enables me to provide effective solutions and contribute to the success of the organization.
