Was responsible for business development for the biocatalysis business in Novozymes. Responsibilities are : driving initiatives in pharma/non-pharma areas of biocatalysis, setting up & executing technical projects for data generation, innovation projects, anchoring customer projects within innovation framework in Novozymes & driving the projects as a business development lead, exploring customer collaboration,partnerships with other market players, supporting promotion & communication activities, supporting the business strategy with techno-commercial inputs, supporting account managers in exploring new areas & business within biocatalysis
