Current• Conducted outreach to more than 150 families to understand their needs, goals, and aspirations• Analyzed the needs of these families and connected them with the right assistance, empowering them to achieve stability, self-reliance, and social mobility• Managed and supervised a team of 15 volunteers- Provided ongoing guidance to ensure volunteers were equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively engage with families- Regularly assessed volunteer performance and provided constructive feedback to optimize their impact on the families they supported- Fostered a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among volunteers. • Maintained strong relationships with corporations, schools, social service agencies, and government organizations, resulting in successful partnerships to curate programs based on families' preferences• Planned and supported quarterly and annual meetings with partners to evaluate progress and plan future initiatives
