I led the development of a thriving community of school-based educators, community partners and families to create a supportive learning environment for the students of two Bronx middle schools - Urban Institute of Mathematics (AIDP) and The Urban Assembly Academy of Civic Engagement (AIDP/Renewal). Director of Community-based, DYCD/COMPASS funded K-5 Enrichment Program- Manage 8 paid staff and 5 volunteers- Train group leaders on best practices in asset-rich Youth Development - Provide point of contact support to community partners, parents, and school personnel- Help build curriculum and develop weekly lesson plans, specific to each grade

I co-facilitated executive coaching, policy training, and life skills seminars for professional and collegiate sports teams, their athletes, and affiliates. A few of the topics covered were money management, social media, media day preparation, and domestic violence.
