Taking care of all upgrades, process change required for the business to implement new line of businesses. Highlights and Projects:Working with the billing vendor and group project team to implement Fibre project. Considering all business requirement related to the billing system and making sure that everything implemented properly.Implemented LTE for Digicel Bermuda. Integrated billing system with Ericsson HSS. Configured all provisioning parameters, performed bulk migration for the existing subs with LTE capable plans. Delivered the project on time.Built new LTE plans as per commercial requirement and performed E2E testing to make sure everything is working properly.Maintaining requirements for security and both internal and external auditors.Leading the Billing system migration project as required by the company. Managing vendor and all the resources related to the project and managing the timeline of the project.Designed and implemented changes required to integrate postpaid billing system with My Digicel App to allow customers selfcare services and track data balance etc.

Completed all required work for both Prepaid, Postpaid and all related applications.Managed 3G project and delivered on time. Nortel to Ericsson migration including new products like Volubill, Mpethix. Built provisioning interface for E:// HLR, VB, Mpethix(Voice Mail), RIM etc. Billing System Migration from BillMax to Envision. Single bill implementation for Digicel services. Performed E2E work from the development stage to testing, implementation and operation. Designed and implemented postpaid selfcare applications (Online Bill Payment, Payment KIOSK, IVR, SMS for balance check). Worked with group RAMs(revenue assurance application) and DWH team to understand their requirement of postpaid data and developed modules to transfer them on daily, weekly and monthly basis.Implemented changes required to ingrate Sandvine and CS for postpaid converged data billing. Developed new prepaid and postpaid products for consumer. Build bespoke products for corporate accounts for RFPs and renewals.

Managed a team of 14 members and responsible for SDP CIT, NDS, WPS and SDP Security.Ensuring all business operations KPI’s and escalations are managed with in SLA.
