Master planning & detail designing of 500 acre Integrated Industrial Estate, Sitarganj, for SIIDCUL (State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation of Uttarakhand Ltd.)IT building (modern 4 storied office building) at IT Park, Shashtradhara Road, Dehradun.Development of infrastructure (architectural) for 10 air-force stations under MoD, Govt. of India, in East & North-Eastern part. for facilities (air-craft hangars, administrative & maintenance wing, security) & coordinating with various services & approval from users(air-force officers) for this challenging INR 1000 crore project under CCE(NEP).Twin hotels (200 bed & 180 bed, currently with Hilton group) at Mayur Vihar Delhi, for EROS Resorts & Hotels group. - preparing initial concept, approval from local authority, completion drawings, close interaction & communication with international consultants (Interior, Lighting, Kitchen, Services, Structure & Landscape designing) alongwith client & franchisee in finalising the detail design & preparing working drawings.
