I lead the business in APAC at SoftServe, a global leader in digital innovation and software engineering. In this role, I lead a team of technology experts who help organizations across the region leverage the power of cloud, AI, and digital solutions to transform their business models, operations, and customer experiences. With over 25 years of experience in the technology and financial services sectors, I have a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges that these industries face in a rapidly changing and competitive landscape. My core leadership competencies include process improvement, strategy, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, partner ecosystem development, product and business transformation, and global program delivery. I am passionate about driving innovation and value for customers and partners, and creating positive impact through technology. In addition to my role at SoftServe, I am also a STAR Advisory Board Member at Airbus, where I advise on the strategic direction and innovation roadmap for the aerospace industry, and a Limited Partner at Array Ventures, where I support early-stage startups that are disrupting the fields of enterprise software, fintech, and AI.
