Global Property Products - Flex Space, Digital Wellbeing tool & Workplace Experience tool- Seconded to the client account, Standard Chartered Bank, overseeing the end-to-end management and implementation of all products across SCB's global footprint spanning 65 markets in three phases.- Led individual product squads in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Risks, Well-being, and HR teams to establish criteria and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the launch of Phase 2 and Phase 3 markets, addressing challenges, levers, and blockers.- Managed relationships with product vendors and facilitated regular stand-ups to work on backlog items, prioritizing market-specific tasks that delivered key business value.- Oversaw the management and launch of the Digital Wellbeing vendor and SC Wellbeing studio in Singapore and Kenya.- Developed a comprehensive communication strategy, including regular local, regional, and global broadcasts and newscasts in partnership with Corporate Affairs to drive adoption in Phase 1 (7 markets) and Phase 2 (25 markets).- Created, designed, and managed the SharePoint product hub site for both products as part of the productization initiative, enhancing the user experience and increasing engagement by approximately 10%.- Conducted market scans and recommended relevant solutions to enhance SCB's property products proposition following the annual Leesman report assessment.- Collaborated on implementing the Workplace Experience delivery of the HOST App in Hong Kong as a pilot program, contributing to the Workplace Experience enhancement initiative.- Established and maintained key stakeholder relationships across 45+ markets, continuously engaging and gaining buy-in for flex space access and the digital wellbeing app in Phase 1, 2, and 3 markets.
