- Supervise the production of invoices all services delivered for ICS customers and products- Supervise production of any necessary appendices to invoices- Ensure timely, compliant and accurate release of invoices according to all relevant rules and regulations in place such as but not limited to SR Technics’ Delegation of Authority, Code of Conduct, Trade Compliance, Export Control and VAT related rulings- Plan invoice release timelines and priorities- Continuously improve invoicing process to minimize resource strain and improve accuracy- Support account management in answering invoice related questions from customers- Continuous reduction of resource requirements and increased quality of invoicing- Root cause analysis for all related disputes in close cooperation with Account Manager- Deployment and management of invoice quality and turn time improvement projects- Deployment and management of projects across invoicing to reduce WIP & Credit Notes due to disputed invoices- Assemble, maintain, train and review the team required to perform on the above accountabilities within organizational boundaries
