Company employs ~60 people.• Planned, Implemented and now manage, and run the entire Concur Travel, Expense, Purchasing and Invoice processing program for the organization. • Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions, including purchase orders, and ensure that all invoices and T&E reimbursements are paid accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures• Prepare and post: monthly accruals (Legal, General, Consulting, and Marketing), amortization of prepaid expenses, fixed assets (LT/ST) depreciation and recording of adjusting and reclassification journal entries, payroll entries, and sales and tax accruals.• Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, fixed assets, accruals and prepaid expenses• Manage and run the Company credit card process – Administration, Monitoring, Reconciliations and Reporting.• Perform month-end close activities including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations• Assist with the annual audit and quarterly review processes including preparation of supporting audit schedules• Manage consultant and contractor activities. 1099s processing and annual Property tax filings.• Support the performance and testing of internal controls
