I am a seasoned humanitarian professional and climate advocate with a track record of managing 10 emergency operations since 2004, spanning from the Assam Flood and Tsunami to the Gujarat Flood, Kashmir Earthquake, and Nepal Earthquake. Throughout my career, I have played a pivotal role in orchestrating immediate relief efforts, facilitating transition responses, and spearheading long-term rehabilitation initiatives, with a focus on Water, Sanitation, Environment Sanitation, and Hygiene Promotion.In my last role, I led national-level emergency coordination efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic and various other crises. I provided crucial support to state Inter-Agency Groups and other networks, ensuring efficient and effective responses to emergent challenges. Additionally, I co-founded the Climate Action Resource Network – Asia Pacific (CARN-AP) and the WICCI Gujarat CSR Council, underscoring my commitment to addressing pressing social and environmental issues.My contributions have been recognized through numerous awards, including the 9th Udgam Women Achievers of Gujarat Award 2018.
