Played an instrumental role in driving the successful launch of the IGEL Ready Program, the company’s flagship technology partner program. Leading the IGEL Ready team to guide strategy, planning, and roadmap for the program, and to create an ecosystem where customers can consider compatible devices and applications across a range of categories, quickly deploy to their virtual desktop or cloud workspace, and securely access from any device equipped with IGEL OS. - Designed the IGEL Ready Program from scratch by driving strategy and execution across key program elements to serve partners – technical integration, on-boarding, program benefits, and co-marketing. - Launched a new customer and channel facing website, IGEL Ready Showcase, featuring the ecosystem of best-in class partner technologies integrated with IGEL OS.- Defined the program value proposition and messaging, including all partner facing content, resources, guides, and tools to promote the program within the IGEL technology partner community. - Collected more than 20 testimonials from partners, customers, and channel quoting the importance of the program on day ONE of the launch.- Built and launched a self-service partner portal to allow the automation of processes for the partners joining the program.
