Significant Projects Completed:• Defined and implemented a “Product Management Transformation” initiative for a $150M division of a $5B public company in the financial services industry• Created and implemented a "High Performance Product Management" benchmarking analysis across more than 30 product managers in a large business unit of a public financial services company. Provided strategic and tactical recommendations to company's senior leadership based on the results of that analysis.• Provided on-going proposal and contract review services for an early-stage start-up company providing data and analytics services to the telecommunications and financial services industries• Researched and defined an analytics-centric business expansion strategy for a rapidly-growing, privately-held company serving the mortgage industry• Collaborated with an embedded team of industry consultants to propose a "next generation" fraud prevention and management infrastructure for a large payment card processor• Contributed guidance and insights for an analytics-focused repositioning and messaging initiative with a leading provider of video-based telematics systems serving the trucking industry

General Manager for the Data Products / Data Licensing business unit ($150M P&L) within the Data & Analytics reporting segment.

Led the Core Property Information and Analytics product management team within the Data & Analytics business segment. This team's charter included product roadmap and full lifecycle management for our Appraisal, Collateral, Consortium, Document Solutions, Fraud, Marketing List Generation, and Valuation products ($200M P&L) as well as customer-facing Delivery Platforms.

Led the newly-formed Delivery Platforms and Shared Services team for the Product Solutions Group in the Data & Analytics division. This team's charter was to create, maintain, and evolve both the strategy and the implementation roadmap for the delivery vehicles and support mechanisms through which customers receive our products and services: Web (browser-based), System-to-System Transactional, System-to-System File-based, and Mobile.

Shaped and executed the company's fraud strategy as the Product Line Manager for Fraud and Consortium Solutions ($35M P&L) - providing advanced analytical models, alerting technology and innovative loan-level case management services to the mortgage industry in the US, UK, and Australia.

Provided business and technical sales support to both direct and partner sales teams including proposal preparation, cost/benefit analyses, and both on-site and web-based presentations. Drafted and negotiated contracts for usage-based software licenses, reseller licenses, partnership relationships, data acquisition, and professional services as well as Master Services Agreements and associated Statements of Work.

Championed the company’s marketing messages by making presentations at national conferences, speaking at industry events, leading user group meetings, and chairing panel discussions. Led the team of project managers responsible for all customer-facing implementation projects as well as internal (cross-department) projects. Directed the growth and expansion of the company’s family of identity risk solutions including creation of detailed business requirements, product and solution pricing, and collateral review.

Defined the DataExchange™ product family including product features, prioritization, differentiation, pricing, collateral, and sales materials. Established an 18-month vision and roadmap for on-going product evolution.
