I'm an ex-professional athlete turned tech founder. When I was released from minor league baseball, I had to make a decision. Would I retire and hang up the cleats for good or would I continue chasing a dream I'd had since I could walk?The path from professional sports into the workforce isn't always easy, but with a ton of support around me I found my way into management consulting. With new challenges constantly being thrown my way, I quickly renewed my love for startups/founder-led companies, while also discovering a new love for data and technology.I started noticing how little resources business leaders had to get visibility into company performance, and how much money they were leaving on the table by not managing towards the metrics that drive value for investors. That’s why I created SeedMetrics—a platform designed to equip agile teams with the clarity needed for making critical business decisions.
