Revamped the help system of Book4Time, migrating from Robohelp and Zendesk to Madcap Flare and consolidating all the online help onto one secure platform. Also improved and managed the release notes process and produced tutorial and announcement overlays using the Pendo guide system.

Collaborated with the wider team to optimize the user experience and refine our Agile practices. Facilitated Scrum rituals and process improvements. Worked hand-in-hand with the Product and Development teams to ensure feature-complete documentation across multiple product lines.

Liaised with customers and internal staff to implement solutions based on OpenText products and offerings. With a team, delivered small project engagements by providing technical insight and creative solutions. Acted as an on-site representative of OpenText's professional services group, identifying client business objectives and resolving issues. Produced end-user documentation for custom solutions.Note: Actuate was acquired by OpenText in January 2015.

Designed, wrote, and tested course materials and documentation for Actuate's line of business reporting and analysis products. Delivered finished courseware to developers both electronically and in classroom settings.

Thinking I could help real estate agents with their web presence and technology deficit, I ended up becoming a fully licensed agent. As such, I focused on the residential market, helping people fulfill their aspirations for home ownership. As part of the process, I helped people sell their current homes (as they prepared for upsizing, downsizing, or debt reduction) and find new homes in the Greater Toronto Area. My business model included a strong orientation to personal, caring service -- not high volume.
