Nissha Medical Technologies Design and Manufacturing is a contract designer/manufacturer of medical devices. I was responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously. The projects spanned across all of our manufacturing sites requiring remote project management. I was responsible for managing the entire project team, critical path, budget, overall timeline, etc. The projects varied in scope and included new product and process development, existing product next gen design, cost down and process improvement, manufacturing line transfer, and much more. Tasked with learning the manufacturing processes, procedures, equipment, etc. of $4m+ in product lines to ready for the transfer to Buffalo. Implemented products and processes in Buffalo following European trip.-Took a leadership role with our 2nd shift clean room/injection molding operation. Provided technical expertise solving problems that arose on the off shift as well as delegated production responsibilities within the areas.
