Nissha Medical Technologies Design and Manufacturing is a contract designer/manufacturer of medical devices. I was responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously. The projects spanned across all of our manufacturing sites requiring remote project management. I was responsible for managing the entire project team, critical path, budget, overall timeline, etc. The projects varied in scope and included new product and process development, existing product next gen design, cost down and process improvement, manufacturing line transfer, and much more. Our company employs agile project management through the use of SCRUM to efficiently and effectively manage the project team, timeline, and budget.

Supervisor of injection molding, clean room, and small parts manufacturing departments. Over-saw the day-to-day operation of roughly 35 employees working amongst the 3 departments. Attended multiple scientific molding training sessions and worked with manufacturing manager assuming role of injection molding process engineer. Handled scheduling of personnel across a 24/5 operation. Heavily involved in technical troubleshooting and worked hands-on with the equipment. Worked on continuous improvement/5S initiatives to improve overall quality and efficiency of the departments. Helped the integration of our syringe filter/life science manufacturing and European injection molding business into our Buffalo facility.

Spent 1.5 years cycling throughout departments at Graphic Controls to understand and learn how each department influences the company's operations. Worked directly under the supervision of the Vice President of Operations. TECHNICAL SERVICES (~6 weeks) - Worked under the deparment manager focusing on lean manufacturing practices/5S, ergonomics and day-to-day product database management. QUALITY CONTROL (~8 weeks) - Worked directly with two experienced quality assurance technicians under the quality manager's supervision inspecting and releasing product/processes.PURCHASING AND PLANNING (~3 weeks)- Worked under department manager learning day to day planning processes/responsibilities, raw material management, supplier sourcing/evaluation metrics, etc.MANUFACTURING (~1 year) - Worked under the supervision of the director of manufacturing gaining experience (managerial & hands-on) in each production sector.-Spent 3 weeks in Europe aiding in the transfer of manufacturing from our plant in Germany to our plant in Buffalo. Tasked with learning the manufacturing processes, procedures, equipment, etc. of $4m+ in product lines to ready for the transfer to Buffalo. Implemented products and processes in Buffalo following European trip.-Took a leadership role with our 2nd shift clean room/injection molding operation. Provided technical expertise solving problems that arose on the off shift as well as delegated production responsibilities within the areas.
