* I am the "Go-to-Guy"* Manage the production team of Developers and Designers, and all internal IT needs* Provide all tiers of desktop and software support by identifying, analyzing, and solving reported issues. Issues include: website performance, updates, email delivery, spam issues, and setting up desktops, laptops and mobile devices* Track activity, action and time within proprietary tracking solution.* Recommend strategies, policies, and procedures by identifying issues, anticipating requirements, evaluating trends, and organization outcomes. * Research, recommend, purchase, install/deploy, and maintain all company software and tehcnical hardware.* Administer VOIP system (Zoom, formerly JIVE and Vonage for Business).* Manage Windows Network; Active Directory, software, and hardware: Windows Servers, Windows 10/11 PCs, also maintain and support Windows 2012/2016 web servers, and NGenix and CentOS web servers. * Train and support employees on most internal applications and systems, including: desktop, MS Office, WordPress, proprietary ticketing solution, Citrix ShareFile and RightSignature.* Assist project managers with detailed business analysis and needs analysis for client projects.* Set up website environments and launch development websites to production* Review, recommend, purchase, download and install themes/plugins for WordPress installations.* Apply changes to websites built in HTML, and several CMS platforms: WordPress, ASP.net, DNN, and classic ASP.* Onboard/offboard domains: purchase domain registry, maintain DNS zones, purchase and maintain SSL, manage email domains* Provide support to clients by creating detailed documentation and administering training sessions.* Provide all tiers of client support by identifying, analyzing, and solving reported issues for all hosted products.* Completed migration of 400+ websites, 200 hosted email domains, 200+ hosted DNS zones within a four month period; and Windows 10 conversion from Windows 7.
