Recruitment (50%):- Discuss hiring demands and to be in charge of Full-Cycle of Recruitment Process.- Screening CV, calling interview and make short-list of suitable candidates.- Design poster, Job posting content on Websites, Social media.- Arrange interview calendar, Join sequential interview with BOD and Hiring Manager.- In charge of making Offer letter and contracts to official candidates.- Guide new employees on all stages of Onboarding: Legal documents, Application procedures, Working conditions, Data sources, Account settings, Uniform,...- Coordinate with HR Manager to make ASK model and Recruitment questionnaire for all job positions.C&B (20%):- Perform timekeeping and tracking day-off for all employees.- Coordinate with the Accounting Dept to finalize monthly payroll.HR Communication (20%):- Plan and design visual post for internal communication.- Plan and organize internal events including: 20/10, Mid-Autumn, Happy Hour....- Support integrative training sessions for new employees.Employer Branding (10%):- Propose plans to maintain employer branding on Facebook & LinkedIn page.- Implement directly and design visual post as planned.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:- Positions filled (100% KPIs): 12 Back-Office employees (Marketing, Creative, HR, Sales, CS).- Developing LinkedIn Company page: +900 followers; +11000 impressions; +4200 page viewsABOUT SAKURA BEAUTY VIETNAM (MT GROUP):Sakura Beauty Vietnam was established in 2014 as part of the worldwide Sakura network together with Japan, USA.
