Currently, I am a Project / Development / improvement Manager at Nellsons, I led cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality protein bars, overseeing new product launches, process improvements, and client customization projects. I was actively involved in project and business development, negotiating and managing key accounts to drive growth. In addition, I managed regulatory compliance, spearheaded cost-reduction initiatives, and expanded manufacturing capacity to meet increasing client demand, ensuring efficient and timely execution across all projects. Previously at Nellsons, I served as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing, overseeing daily operations and leading a team of production workers. I ensured safety, quality, and productivity by guiding and coaching the team, monitoring production schedules, and collaborating closely with engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance departments. I implemented safety protocols, met regulatory standards, and drove continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality. I also analyzed production data and provided regular reports on productivity, quality, and safety metrics, contributing to achieving our production goals effectively and to a high standard.As a Project Manager at SK Biotek, I was part of the project management team responsible for preparing business proposals, implementing and managing new business wins, and ensuring successful project delivery. My role involved customer relationship management and internal project management dimensions across key stakeholder groups in SK Biotek. I worked closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory affairs, to ensure that projects were completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Previously worked as a business development representative for Maven TM. My role focused on digital marketing and sales. Also, I have just completed a M.Sc in Business Management from Dublin City University (DCU). I achieved a 2.1 grade.
