Formerly Proterra- Maintain, provide 24/7 support, and implement new features for Proterra/Phoenix’s Transit Bus Diagnostic Tool, Software Configuration Management Tool, and all custom client Diagnostic tools for partners (Daimler’s Jouley, JouleyV2G and MT50e, VanHool’s CX45e and Exqui.City).- Redesigned and automated customer license request and authentication process to simplify customer experience and remove manual road blocks in application license acquisitions.- Designed and implemented application failure notification system to catch crashes and process failures before they become persistent problems for users.- Lead migration and support of all diagnostic software applications, servers, databases, repositores, and web service over to the new backend during Proterra Transit acquisition by Phoenix Motorcars.

Worked release weekends to verify deployments and QA testing.- Owned the Import REST APIs using swagger and codegen. Updating to maintain parity with XML file schemas and to round out customer friendly error messaging for file or process failures. Added in functionality to store status and issues in our batch file tables.- Oversaw the weekly anticipatory support process. Generated a report of the past week’s errors across multiple tables and databases. Orchestrated the meeting between engineering, QA, and production teams to identify and fix problems before they are filed as defects.
