Managing of quality department at St. Petersburg Magna Cosma plant (Peterform Kamenka). Working on customer relationship improvement, quality performance improvement, establishing of QMS processes and support on new project launch.

Managing of quality department in Magna Cosma and Shin Young plant (stamping and welding processes).Planning of quality operations, quality engineering and supplier quality activities.Responsible for budget and resource planning.Quality operations:- product audits- incoming inspection and dock audits- daily quality control activities - containment of nonconformity products (internal and at customer plants)Current production quality engineering:- corrective and preventive actions (root cause analysis and countermeasures implementation control)- internal and customer audits - quality management system development including ISO TS 16949 audits- ensure fulfillment of various customer requirements (working with Hyundai, Renault-Nissan-AvtoVAZ, VW, Ford, GM, Diamler)New projects launch quality engineering:- ensure product quality meet customer timing milestones- checking fixture design approval and manufacturing follow up - PPAP documentation preparation according to project milestones- internal quality control documentationSupplier quality engineering:- Potential supplier audits- Corrective and preventive actions for supplier related issues- Existing suppliers audits- PPAP for subcomponents and outsourcing processesMeasurement equipment:- internal and external calibration for all measurement devises- CMM program creation for parts and checking fixtures- measurement equipment repair

Support SQE Team with provision of workshops, training, layered audits of APQP process effectiveness as needed.· Other tasks as assigned related to SQ activities.· Develop SQE team in all GM procedures· Motivate and engage team, ensure there is spirit of team work all time· Ensure full compliance all time with GMAS process and corporate requirements.· Ensure all metrics is achieved by the group of responsibilityManage and supervise a team of supplier quality engineers both from administrative and technical perspectives.Make recommendations having an important impact on supplier quality activities. Initiate and maintain extensive contacts with the managers within GPSC and supplier organizations. Provide guidance and training for the SQE and the suppliers.Ensure the SQ Business Plan deployed correct and execute on time.Lead as an example been the best SQ in terms of discipline, accountability, proactiveness and team work inside and outside of the SQ department.

Ensure flawless launches and 100% manufacturing readiness of the Russian supply base for all programs - with 100% Full PPAP at MVBS-1 and 100% Run @ Rate at SORP.· Ensure that the supply base understands GM’s requirements and implements them accordingly· Monitor supplier realization of improvement plans resulting from the assessments/reviews through follow-up measures· Monitor Quality and Delivery performance of assigned suppliers to identify elevated risks to GM and drive correction before problems impact GM facilities.· Act as on-site liaison / GM representative in any major disruption involving a Russian supplier or as required by GM receiving locations· Drive continuous quality improvement across the supplier base with the application of GM Global Common Current Supplier Quality Tools
