Summary:Plans, directs and controls all activities concerning IP. Performs a wide variety of global intellectual property protection functions, including patent litigation, legal review of product functionality, third-party code, other IP use, EULA development, copyright and trademark support, antitrust issues and unfair competition, GDPR compliance.Main Duties & Responsibilities:• Manage legal issues• Conduct due diligence requirements for our products to ensure compliance with global legislation • Analyze possibility of use of third-party intellectual property globally• Analyze global IP contracts• Register trademarks and their global support • Develop and maintaining a worldwide EULA• Register copyright• Develop recommendations for dealing with global IP• Carry out non-patent search for emerging technologies• Develop procedures necessary for the department

- Development of measures of increasing efficienty of planning and use of resources; expenditure analysis and management;- Consultation on application of electronic comonents and their analogs during development and manufacture of optic and electronic apparatuses;- Collaboration with suppliers and vendors (search, levelization, negotiations, tenders, contracts, accounting documentation).
