I specialise in property portfolio management work for a wide range of institutions and investors. Clients include churches of various denominations, schools and other charitable and not-for-profit organisations, as well as private and corporate investors. My broad practice allows me to offer pragmatic, commercial advice to all my clients, tempered for my ecclesiastical and charity clients by a sensitivity to, and awareness of, their particular objectives and responsibilities.I work in Lupton Fawcett’s offices in York and Leeds and lead a team of commercial property experts in the firm’s three offices in Leeds, York and Sheffield providing advice and guidance to clients across the full spectrum of commercial property matters. I am a deputy registrar in the Dioceses of Leeds and York and the deputy registrar of the Discipline Tribunals for the Province of York. I am a member of the Ecclesiastical Law Society, the Ecclesiastical Law Association and the Charity Law Association.
