- Top #1 revenue on Booking.com in Vietnam.- Top #1 Villa nights sold on Agoda in Phu Quoc.- Top #1 room-nights sold on Expedia in Phu Quoc.- Spearhead the online sales and digital marketing budget for three resorts in Phu Quoc, namely Meliá Vinpearl Phu Quoc and The Level, comprising 522 villas and 1172 room keys. - Devise pricing strategy and revenue optimization for all online channels.- Formulate and execute promotional campaigns, create engaging content, and manage all OTAs to enhance visibility and maximize the property's production potential in the market.- Keep track of competitor rates/packages, conduct market analysis, and stay updated with industry trends to identify the property's competitive edge.- Collaborate with HQ on business objectives and strategic planning.- Foster robust relationships with OTA partners (Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda, Ctrip, Traveloka, etc.) by sharing market insights, sales goals, and challenges through monthly performance reviews.- Develop and monitor ad campaigns and budgets on OTAs & all digital marketing channels.
