The company has been developing mobile games since 2012 and has over 400 published titles that have been downloaded over 800 million times by gamers from all corners of the world.I was responsible for two games, Decor Dream (which the App Store highlighted several times) and Bid Wars franchise.Main activities:- Ensure that the game is providing a great player experience- Product visioning in order to know where the product is going for the next two years- Propose OKRs and C-level alignment- Goals, KPIs definition and measurement- Discovery process by working with the Product Designer and User Research team- Desk research, user research, and playtest- Talk to the player by doing interviews or forms to understand more about their needs- Data analysis for new opportunities and problems- Build a co-creation workshop focused on the purpose of the quarter- Perform AB testing, analyze test performance, and approve go/no go- Build the tactical roadmap with the technology leaders and the operational roadmap- Tactical and operational assistance of planning, user story, prioritization and discovery- Work closely with the production team on delivery and remove impediments- Work with the Growth and Ads team to find opportunities and align live-ops actions- Keep in contact with our partners Google and Apple to share updates and discuss market opportunities- Communicate to the company the quarter plan, the product updates, the roadmap and the product results
