We enable sports, health, and wellness organisations to build digital solutions that help people find and book sport and fitness activities; the Yodlee for sports and physical activity booking. We have received grants from InnovateUK and the European Commission (as part of the ODINE Startup Programme) and in August 2015, imin launched OpenActive, a campaign for open physical activity opportunity data in our sector. OpenActive.io is now co-ordinated by the Open Data Institute and supported by Sport England, and comprises 83 public and private organisations from across the UK and Europe, all of which believe in and promote the use of opportunity data to help people get active.imin is proudly supported by Bethnal Green Ventures, London Sport, ODI and ODINE.

In licensing a catalogue of award-winning TV programmes to broadcasters and media platforms across the globe on behalf of the UK’s leading independent TV distribution company, responsibilities include:- liaising directly with producers and commissioning broadcasters to acquire the intellectual property rights to programmes and formats, and with licensees during the negotiating of legal terms;- drafting international broadcasting agreements, first look producer agreements, licence agreements relating to formats and finished programmes (including international broadcast, DVD and digital rights agreements), NDAs, and distribution, amending & termination agreements;- sending cease and desist notifications to copyright infringers;- advising on and obtaining Media Liability Insurance;- licensing of clip rights;- liaising with music broadcast bodies (MCPS and PPL) and preparing music royalty reports;- responding to queries relating to intellectual property law and competition law;- acting as a liaison between the producers/licensees of A3M programmes and our anti-piracy monitoring company over the presence of pirated content on the internet;- negotiating commercial and legal terms with broadcasters, producers and licensees, including GooglePlay, Netflix, Discovery, BBC, MarkMonitor and Channel 4; and- providing legal advice to the digital, finance, marketing, acquisitions and sales teams.

Work for Barker PR (previously GG Communications) focused predominantly on, but was not limited to, public relations within the dental profession. Responsibilities included:- writing press releases;- conducting interviews with dentists and industry experts;- speech writing for GG Communication's Managing Director;- creating PowerPoint presentations;- and updating businesses' Facebook and Twitter accounts.Copywriting for GG Communications allowed me to explore a more creative style of writing following my legal writing during my undergraduate and postgraduate legal studies.

Conducted interviews to ascertain and assess a clients’ legal issues, which ranged from debt, immigration and benefits, to unfair dismissal and failure to receive remuneration from employers. Liaised with third party organisations and government bodies on behalf of clients. Worked alongside the Reception Coordinator in restructuring the reception operation to improve functionality and efficiency.Working as a volunteer advisor developed my analytical and research skills, and the ability to provide coherent legal advice with tact and patience.
