As an Automotive Service Technician (Red Seal) from NAIT, I have the technical knowledge and skills to handle mechanical repair tasks in the automotive, heavy duty and industrial sectors. I have applied these skills to my role as a Maintenance Supervisor at BIC, and Production Manager at OEM Remanufacturing Ltd/Finning Canada, where I supervised and supported direct reports, ensured the attainment of targets and optimal productivity levels, and managed projects to further the companies success. I have excelled at streamlining less-than-efficient procedures to boost productivity and reliability, implementing proactive strategies to optimize workflows, schedules, and production output. I have also fostered strong relationships with both internal teams and valued customers, employing solution-focused approaches to identify and solve problems. Furthermore, I have volunteered as a firefighter and auxiliary police officer, each provided me with extensive training in safety and technical report writing.
