Primary responsibility was to develop and manage the Income Development Dept. that was responsible for finding, creating and implementing new partner affiliations that drive ancillary income sources for the Trust. Functional areas included utility sub-metering and energy management, telecommunications, ancillary contracts (laundry, phone, cable, internet), and bad debt recovery/sales.

Co-Owner of a privately held mens store on Galveston Island. Worked with other Owners in the management, oversight and business development for a 5000+ square foot retail facility on the Strand. Store was closed after hurricane Ike.

Managed and sold multiple commercial real estate and ORE assets. Developed national Ancillary Income programs for the REIT. One of three primary individuals that created a phone and cable TV subsidiary (CamTel) for the Trust that was developed and later sold to AT&T Broadband.

Managed a commercial and residential loan portfolio for the FDIC. Primary functions were asset management, dispositions, loan administration and restructures of under performing assets.

Commercial loan administration for various commercial assets nationwide. Sold over 500 single family homes involved in the Epic Bankruptcy workout. Duties included prepayment analysis, bankruptcy monitoring and REO portfolio management.
