Lifetime Runner with 5k PR 13:51 10K PR 29:11 - 1/2 Marathon PR 1:04:37 - 15 miles 1:14:57, I have enjoyed running and all types of training for years. I focus currently on traveling around the USA competing in Triathlons and running races 65 to 69 age group - Senior Olympics and Endurance races.

I have been retired since 2017, but have kept busy with Coaching and volunteering, plus training. I've added some of my volunteer projects and will continue with this forward, as I love to help make a small difference I’ve completed volunteer work in many areas — archaeology, trail maintenance, interpretation, field guide, general work, community development, wildlife protection, environmental, coaching, research, cave exploration and many other areas. My current and upcoming projects — helping reduce invasive plants and work later this year at Forfar Field Center in the Bahamas (I am an Alumni) Dec 2023. I've visited and experienced many areas. I decided to take early retirement from my ABX Air Inc. (Airborne Express). My focus is on personal health and fitness, and helping others. I am enjoying the retirement life, traveling -- training for triathlons, running, and bike competition in my age group. I am an active volunteer for the Parks, both local and National Parks. I provide free coaching in fitness and running. Living the dream.

Develop standard methods for ramp and hub operations, analysis and problem solving with engineering focus, project management, establish accountabilities through proper measurement of key performance indicators, quality measurements, training, and interact with Airborne Express customers.•Established the Quality Audit manual and program for all Hub and Ramp operations.•Determined best-known methods and procedures, developed training and standard method manual, which all hub and ramp operations adopted. Following implementation of Standard Method, productivity improved by 21.2%.•Created project teams to analyze operations, provide solutions for continuos improvement. Teams noted on average a 30% improvement in efficiencies within three months of completion of work.•Set standard rates for each job task sort and ramp operations.

Started the Quality Assurance Department for Hub Operations in 1999, overseeing Quality and Engineering work at nine Regional Hubs and ILN Airpark. Accomplishments• Received Airborne Express’s highest achievement award, the Gold APEX, for implementation of Labor Capture and productivity systems in the Hub network.•Certified in MOST and Productivity solutions by Maynard Company.
