Working on the cutting edge of the industry in a variety of areas including Business/Strategic Planning, Asset Strategy & Planning, Engineering, Field Operations and Testing, Marketing, and System Operations. Focused on industry challenges including: restructuring, reliability and resiliency, aging infrastructure, DER integration, transmission competition/FERC Order 1000, smart grid, NERC compliance, and security. Performed various roles working for two electric utilities and provided services to over 50 utilities worldwide. Extensive background in state and federal regulatory proceedings including company expert witness, and the PJM stakeholder process. MSEE, licensed PE in DC, DE, and MD, published and active in standards development (IEEE/PES).
