• Program Manager for the development and deployment of the Global Standard Inspection Process (GSIP) system at 20+ GM Locations globally. Responsibilities include all areas of deployment from developing initial program estimates, gap identification and procurement through individual site “go live”.• Program Manager for the deployment of the FlexNet Track & Trace system at 20+ GM locations globally. Responsibilities included all areas of deployment from developing initial program estimates, gap identification and procurement through individual site “go live”.• Responsible for staffing and cost decisions supporting the program starting from initial pilot on through project closure.• Responsible for the creation of a global strategy, standard processes and deployment tools supporting a consistent deployment at all locations within GM. • Additional activities include the continued support for all site expansions supporting GM product launches and the use of FlexNet Track & Trace based on successful initial deployments during calendar years 2009, 2010 and 2011.• My role as a program manager also requires input into the team’s continuous improvement including the identification of team member’s strengths, weaknesses and growth opportunities supporting HP’s Focal Point Review process.
