Mr. Richardson is an expert in environmental remediation (vapor, soil and groundwater) and Brownfields redevelopment. He has a M.S. Degree in Hydrology and B.S. Degree in Geology and is a Certified Professional Geologist with over 20 years of environmental consulting and contracting experience. Mr. Richardson has a broad range of project experience from preliminary site evaluations and underground storage tank closures to comprehensive subsurface investigation and remediation services under federal and state environmental regulatory programs. He has provided expert claim support services and testimony regarding the following areas: time of release and occurrence; remediation performance and effectiveness; underground storage tank closure (both contractor and design professional claims); and construction dewatering.
