Design Leader for Consoles, Doors, Garnish, Acoustics, & Seats.

I work with a team of Quality Engineers at Cadence Chesterfield. Together we have launched 6 programs. Chesterfield's primary product is Instrument panels but we also produce door and garnish trim.

Venture was chosen as a strategic integrator for the H2 program. I joined the program a year in as the IRT Co-Chair and helped launch the SUT. I was responsible for the overhead systems, upper garnish and accoustics.

I joined Venture working in the Ford design group. I worked on the Navigator GOR and T-Bird hard top roof. I was moved to the GM design group and worked on the GM Express van, previous model Malibu, and the H2 program.
