Supports the Workplace Planning and Resilience Director, Workplace Governance Manager, and Regional Workplace Directors in ensuring and managing Arms strategic and tactical Governance objectives related to Health & Safety and Physical Security.This position continuously drives excellence in Arm's core H&S and Physical Security management systems, processes, and facilitates integration into Arm’s overall business operations to ensure statutory legislative compliance and alignment with Arm's Global H&S and PS Standards.Primary Responsibilities:- Governance Lead focused on Health and Safety and Physical Security Governance.- Management of H&S and PS Governance such as policies, programs, guidance notes, processes, etc.- Global H&S and Physical Security Metrics and reporting (Corporate Reporting)- Conduct periodic spot checks to assure the quality of Global H&S and PS performance. - Run the US, EMEA, UK, APAC Health, Safety, and Physical Security Governance Team monthly meetings.- Manage Arm’s H&S Audit Program: Annual Site Legislative Review & External S2/Golder Audits- Mandatory member of Physical Security Tiger Team and H&S Centre of Excellence Workplace Crossfunctional initiatives that ensures both initiatives remain aligned with Governance direction.- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on EHS for Arm.- Set up, implement, and manage the Physical Security Governance Framework.Secondary responsibilities- Review, Revise, Maintain all US Programs/Plans such as Emergency Action Plans & Fire Prevention Plan per site, US Injury Illness Prevention Plan, US Ergonomics Program, US Safety Datasheet database, US AED Program, Hazard Communication Plan, etc.- Provide guidance to the US Workplace Experience Team on how to Implement US EHS Programs.- Coordinate US WorkComp Flow between US Workplace Experience and US People Shared Services.- US EHS expert to provide guidance on applicable Federal, State, and local regulations as needed.
