I am passionate about learning new technologies and sharing this knowledge with others. Teamwork is important, especially in these competitive times. Companies look for highly skilled individuals that can also share knowledge with others, therefore creating a successful environment for all to succeed. I am also passionate about my education, and how this can help an organization succeed and more easily reach organizational goals.I have 10+ years military service as an Avionics Guidance and Control Technician, and during this time, I spent a year and a half as a Manning/Manpower Manager for the Deputy Commander for Maintenance, for the 57th Fighter Wing, stationed at Nellis AFB, Nevada. Highest rank obtained is an E-5/SSgt. Avionics technician on C-130s, A-7D/Ks, and A-10s. F-117A Stealth Fighter Program. I also have over 22 years experience in the maintenance field, as a lead, supervisor, and senior technician. The experience spans several food manufacturing organizations and an HVAC filter manufacturing organization. I do not have direct IT experience within an organization, but have worked with Windows based computers (DOS, Windows 3.1, 95, 98, ME, NT, XP, Vista, 7, and a limited time on Windows 8), desktops, laptops, and have changed out faulty components, such as hard drives (including solid-state drives), resolved computer issues, such as viruses, and re-installing operating systems and software. I have also resolved complex computer issues, such as a faulty motherboards, memory, video card issues, power supply issues, and so on. This experience also includes peripherals. I have also managed my home network, including troubleshooting issues. My home network has grown considerably and contains gateways, routers, switches/hubs, network attached storage (NAS) and multiple wireless connections. Troubleshooting is a strong suite, including technical expertise in high-speed packaging machinery. I love to fix broken things. I love challenges.
